I’m Melissa Fuller.
I’m a seasoned licensed professional counselor and Enneagram life coach, and I specialize in working with first responders and public safety agencies.
I provide clinically informed, practical training designed for first responders and safety professionals working in high-stress, high-risk environments. Trainings address topics related to mental health, cumulative stress, trauma exposure, resilience, communication, leadership, and overall wellness, with content tailored to the operational realities of public safety work.
I’ve collaborated with organizations large & small over the years. Trainings are fully customizable and can be adapted to your agency’s size, mission, staffing model, and current needs. Sessions may be delivered in person or virtually and range from brief in-service trainings to half-day or full-day programs.
