Our Mission

At The Gathering Relationship Center, our mission is to provide a safe and supportive space where couples, families, and individuals can explore and deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships. We are dedicated to helping couples, families, and individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal from past wounds, and develop communication skills and meaningful connections. Through a compassionate, integrative approach, we work collaboratively to uncover your unique story, resolve relational trauma, and support you in achieving your goals, all while fostering emotional resilience and stronger, more fulfilling relationships.

What it’s like to work with me

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.

If you’ve landed on this page, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply tired of carrying it all on your own. You might be looking for someone who not only hears you but truly sees you — your story, your pain, your hopes. If that’s the case, you’re in the right place.

I want you to know: I see you. I understand what it means to carry invisible weight through your days. To feel like no one quite “gets it,” or like you have to hold it all together even when you’re falling apart inside. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or just trying to find your way back to yourself — your experience is real, and it matters.

You deserve to feel safe, supported, and seen.

As a therapist, I bring more than just training and credentials (though I have those too). I bring a deep respect for your resilience and a compassionate space where you don’t have to explain everything — where you can just be. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and trust. I believe healing happens in relationship, and my goal is to walk alongside you, not ahead of you.

You can trust me to show up — consistently, honestly, and without judgment. Our work is collaborative. I’ll honor your pace, your voice, and your unique path forward.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here, and I’m ready to listen.

MY GUIDING PRINCIPLES

Compassion.

I believe in providing you with a safe, empathetic space where you feel understood and supported. Healing starts when you feel heard and valued, and I strive to offer a non-judgmental environment that fosters your sense of trust and connection.

Collaboration and Empowerment.

Therapy is a collaborative process. I will work with you and empower you to discover your strengths and find solutions. Together, we’ll identify goals, create a plan, and work towards meaningful transformation.

Confidential.

Confidentiality is the foundation of any therapeutic relationship. I uphold the highest standards of privacy and trust, ensuring that you will feel safe to explore any thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment or breach of privacy.

Cultural Sensitivity and Respect.

I value the unique experiences and perspectives you bring. I am committed to providing therapy that is culturally sensitive and respectful, recognizing how identity, values, and life experiences have shaped your journey.
