Good Faith Estimate
Good Faith Estimate for Therapy Services
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate if you are uninsured or not using insurance.
This written estimate outlines the expected cost of your therapy services, including session fees and any related charges. You’ll receive it at least one business day before your appointment, and you may request one at any time.
If your bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.
Receiving a Good Faith Estimate does not obligate you to receive services. It is simply intended to help you understand and plan for the potential cost of care.
Please keep a copy of your estimate.
