The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Workshop
Workshop held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the Denver Metro Area.
Based on Dr. John Gottman’s best-selling book The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, this one day workshop gives couples practical, research-based tools to deepen connection, manage conflict, and build lasting love. This workshop is for couples at any stage—dating, engaged, or married—who want to strengthen their connection and build a healthier, lasting relationship.

Who Should (and Shouldn’t) Attend The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Workshop
Who It’s For:
This workshop is designed for committed couples—whether dating, engaged, or married—who want to deepen their connection, improve communication, and build a strong foundation for lasting love.
Who It Might Not Be For:
If you're experiencing significant relationship distress, ongoing conflict, or challenges like abuse, active addiction, or untreated mental health concerns, this workshop may not be the right fit at this time. In those cases, more personalized support—like couples therapy—may be more helpful.
This is an educational and skills-based experience, not a therapeutic one. If you’re unsure if this workshop is right for you, or you’re looking for couples support, please don’t hesitate to reach out— I am happy to help guide you.

To get the most out of the experience, participation from both people is essential.
